1. Print the California state map.

2. Have someone help you find where your neighborhood is on the state map. Put a RED dot on that place. |

3. On your map, color the ocean BLUE. Draw some mountains on your map. Color them BROWN. |
|
|
|
|
4. Put some trees on your map. Color them GREEN. Put a desert on your map. Color it YELLOW. |
|
|
|
|
5. Make a map of your neighborhood on the back of your California map. You can show your street, your house, and other places, too. |
